Determining the number of dog waste stations needed on a property depends on several factors including the size of the property, the number of dogs and dog owners in the community, and the usage patterns of the area.

Condo/Apartment/HOA:

For condominiums, apartments, or HOA communities, it's recommended to install one dog waste station for every 50 units. Alternatively, if the units are clustered in groups of less than 50, place one station for each housing cluster.
